Sam Robinson, Sr, 66, of Grand Prairie, was received into the hands of God, Monday, December 7, 2009 while in a local hospital. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 2pm at Bible Believer's First Assem Read Obituary
Dear Anne, Sam Jr, & John I have been thinking about ya'll and praying for ya'll. I am so sad that Sam is gone. He was a delight to talk to. I know several times he talked about how He & anne wanted to come through Marshall so we could meet and laugh. And even though that didnt get to happen, he still made me laugh a lot! I am so sorry for your loss. Sam Sr. was a character and a half. He was very funny and I enjoyed working with him and hearing his laugh. He had a laugh that made you just know he was up to something no good. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I am retiring on 12/31 after 31 years with The Hartford. Sam Robinson is one of the finest persons/agents that I have ever met. The only thing more important to Sam on earth than his agency was his family. Sam was the final sales call I made in early January of 2006.We were both anxious to watch Texas vs USC. Texas won the game for Sam and me.
My deepest sympathies go out to Sam's family. I had the pleasure of working with same through the years in the Insurance Industry. He was always upbeat and had a great sense of humor through his illness. He will be greatly missed.

Sam my friend, you put up one heck of a fight and will be greatly missed. Over the years of working and talking with you, I realized you were probably the most positive person I have ever known. I learned a lot from you and will carry and call on that knowledge forever. You see, I can do that Sam because when you talked I listened and learned.
Ann, you and your family will miss Sam more than anybody, so please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Apparently God needed Sam's assistance in Heaven.
Sam was a very special friend to us both and we will miss him dearly. We have many fond memories of our adventures around the world and he will always be in our hearts.
