Guy's LIGHT was so very bright and the WARMTH he radiated from his light was incredibly easy to embrace.
Thanksgiving with the Davis family holds so many fond memories for me. I loved how Guy always had something witty to say and how he could always make me laugh.

Dancing with Guy, Mona and the family at Alexia's wedding will forever fill my heart with love for Guy and Mona. He was pure joy to be around and I thank God for allowing me to cross paths with the Davis family, and observe the great man He created, Guy Davis.

Guy truly was an incredible man. Our times in Texas were just a true memory. He introduced me to Kolaches and real BBQ. Road trips with Guy were always a good experience.

Dear Mona, Alexia, and Ian. We are so grateful that we had you as our neighbors for fifteen years. Guy was such a kind man and he radiated personality like no other. I loved to hear his voice and his humorous observations...such as, "A dog so ugly you would pet it with a stick"! And oh those barbecues! The aroma over the fence and the joy when he would bring us a plate! His love for his family was profound and I know that it will follow you as you journey towards him again. We will be forever thankful for your help as we went on our own grief journey. Your grief is fresh...and quite frankly will be fresh over and over again. I am thankful that Jeff has a friend to reminisce with...one that helped watch over him as we traveled with his brothers for soccer. We will see them again...and what a glorious reunion that will be. Mona we are very sorry for your family's loss. Guy was the best of the best...from Germany to Texas he was always a joy to be around. You always learned something hanging around Guy ..on the basketball court , on the football field, at his house, in the streets... always offering thoughtful advice! Great loss RIP!

I first met Guy back in the 80's. He was a salesman for an OTR trucker, and I was a customer. That relationship continued as we both worked for Airborne Express for a number of years. There was no one I could count on more than Guy. He was always there when needed, hardworking, honest and loyal. My prayers go out to his family. He is my friend and always will be. He will be missed.
