Hazel H. Eskridge, 84, of Arlington, passed away November 3, 2013 in an Arlington hospital.
Private Services will being held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
Hazel was born March 14, 1929 in Palmer, Texas to Fred and Ruby Hamilton. She grew up in Palmer and was a talented basketball player while attending Palmer High School. She moved to the Metroplex in the late 50's and retired from LTV after 20 years of loyal service. Hazel was an avid bowler and had competitively accumulated many trophies and awards. She bowled till the age of 70 and achieve a 298 score in 1997.
Hazel was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will always be loved and missed by all she knew.
She was preceded in death by her son, Michael R. Eskridge of Alvarado and sister, Freddie Ruth Cox of Palmer, Texas.
Survivors: sons, Raymond R. Yinger and Robert Maddox (Anjelica) both of Arlington, Billy Yinger (Candice) of Mansfield; daughter, Elizabeth Holmes of Missouri; brother, Robert Hamilton of Garland, TX; sister, Emma Lynn Runnells of Hot Springs AR;13 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
