Loretta Del Santro's Obituary
KELLER -- Loretta M. Del Santro, 71, was received into the hands of God on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2008, while at a local hospital. Memorial service: 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Lebanon Township Rescue Squad building, 528 Old Hill Road, Glen Garden, N.J. Loretta was born May 27, 1937, in Newark, N.J., to Elmer and Edna Smith. She attended Our Lady of Good Counsel from grammar school to high school. Loretta worked for Midlantic National Bank in Long Valley, N.J., for 16 years as an operations officer and was a member of the American Bankers Association. She loved traveling to Las Vegas, reading Stephen King novels and doing crossword puzzles. Her kind ways and loving smile will always be missed and cherished by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Del Santro Jr.; brother, Otto Schwartz; and sister, Jane Signorin. Survivors: Sons, Michael Del Santro III of High Bridge, N.J., and Vincent Del Santro and his wife, Jill, of Bedminster, N.J.; daughters, Beverly Del Santro of Bangor, Pa., Dawn Del Santro of Phillipsburg, N.J., and Laura Geisel and her husband, Dave, of Keller; sister, Helen Estes of New Castle, Del.; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
