I only have known Nancy around four years. I met nancy and Chris when I started seeing Ellie, Chris' mother. Everytime we visited Chris and Nancy, she was always in good spirts and they were nice people to be around. Even though I knew she had serious health problems she never complained. She was always a pleasant person to be friends with.

Nancy was one tough fighter, who cheated death many times. Sadly, she lost the battle. But she will be with us in spirit, and is very much missed. Her infectious, fun-loving spirit, her humble, giving ways, up til the end. Her beloved dogs miss her as well.
Nancy was my soul mate and life partner for 14 wonderful years. Our love and devotion to each other was beyond measure. I can’t believe she’s gone. Nancy was truly a beautiful person inside and out. We fought and won many battles when it came to Nancy’s health. Unfortunately, we couldn’t win the war, but not from lack of trying. Nancy was a strong fighter, proving many times she was the exception to the rule in overcoming the odds stacked against her. I was by her side when she left this world and I will forever cherish the memories we shared. I am just so brokenhearted over losing her and I will forever love and miss her. Our doggies that she loved so much miss her too. Life will never be the same. While I have solace in knowing she is no longer in pain or suffering, it doesn’t stop the pain. Rest in peace baby - I love you more than anything in the whole wide world (our saying).
