Linda Sue Cornett's Obituary
Linda Sue Cornett, 65, was united with her heavenly Father, Thursday, September 5, 2013 while at home surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral Service: 10am Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at
Creekwood Church; 260 N. Miller Road, Mansfield.
Interment will follow at
Parkdale Cemetery
in Arlington.

Linda was born February 24, 1948 to John and Johnnie Harris. She grew up in Arlington and in 1974, she moved to Baytown with her family. In 1982, Linda moved back to this area and has resided in Alvarado for the past 12 years. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting, country music and dancing. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and attended as many of their sporting events as she could. She has worked as a hairstylist over 45 years and was most recently employed with Klemmy's Salon on West Park Row in Arlington. Linda will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Hoodenpyle of Alvarado, Texas.
Survivors: sons, John David Cornett and his wife Pam of Mansfield, Jason Duane Cornett and his wife Sandra of Alvarado; daughter, Andrea K. Cornett of Alvarado; sister, Shirley Adams of Arlington; step-daughter, Corinthia Runge; grandchildren, Delaney Cornett of Mansfield, Nathan Cornett of Alvarado and Chloe Worley of Bedford, Jade Anderson, Jordan Mallard and Carson Runge.
