Elizabeth Morehart's Obituary
Elizabeth "Rusty" Morehart, 86, was received into the hands of God, Friday, November 28, 2014.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 11:30am, at the First United Methodist Church of Mansfield.
Elizabeth was born November 12, 1928. She was raised in California and attended the University of Southern California. In the 1970's, Rusty moved Texas and married Paul Morehart in 1973. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and volunteered at the Wesley Mission Center. Rusty also volunteered her time to the Mansfield Historical Society, the Women's Club of Mansfield, and often wrote society articles for the Mansfield News Mirror. She was a member of Walnut Creek Country Club and enjoyed playing golf. She loved flowers and spending time working in her garden. Rusty will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Nixon Morehart of Mansfield, Texas.
Survivors: son, Don Morehart of Austin; daughters, Teri Young and her husband David of Mansfield; Cara Beserra and her husband Jim of San Antonio; and Lisa Morehart of Austin, Texas.
