Frank Walton Reynolds' Obituary
Frank W. Reynolds joined his beloved wife, Corky, in their eternal home January 3, 2014.
Frank was born in Coleta, Illinois, August 28, 1923, to Howard and Rachel Reynolds.
Frank was a wonderful husband to Corky, father to Jackie and Gary, grandfather to Mindy, Chris, and Joshua, and great grandfather to Tyler, Colby, Allie Ann, Riley, Diesel, and Rush. He will be missed.
Frank was a World War II veteran in the European theater; unfortunately his stories will go with him. He was a long time, happy member of First Presbyterian Church in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Frank was one of the founding members of the North Texas Mustang Club in 1982. He had a passion for automobiles that knew no equal. The Mustang and Shelby enthusiast community was his second family and brought his first family closer together. Frank has been tinkering since his dad's Model A. We guess he was a Ford man from the very beginning. Frank's family sends a huge shout out to his Mustang and Shelby friends and loved ones.
Frank worked at ARA manufacturing in Grand Prairie, Texas, until his happy retirement afforded him more time to restore the automobiles he loved.
Frank was preceded in death by the love of his life, Corky.
Memorial service; 10:00 am Saturday, January 11, 2013 at First Presbyterian Church of Grand Prairie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to
The Grand Prairie Food Co-op
, which was one of Frank's favorite charitable organizations.
