Bruce A. Wallace's Obituary
Bruce Alan Wallace, 65, was passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013 in his Arlington home.
Committal Service with military honors will be held on Friday, December 13, 2013 at 2pm at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Bruce was born March 18, 1948 in Dallas to Richard and Sylvia Wallace. He grew up in Oak Cliff and graduated from Adamson High School in 1966. He attended Mountain View College and received his Associate of Applied Sciences Degree in Business Administration. Bruce was a veteran of the United States Army and proudly served his country in the Vietnam War. He had a servant's heart and loved volunteering his time working with the Miss Texas Pageant and arranging the pageant floats for the State Fair of Texas Parade of Lights. Each year, he organized the Veterans Administration Memorial Day Show. Bruce was a sports fan and loved to support all his Texas professional and college teams. He will be missed by all he knew.
Bruce was preceded in death by his mother, Sylvia C. Wallace in 1982.
Survivors: Father, Richard Clyde Wallace of Las Vegas, NV; brothers, Blake Wallace and his wife Janey Morgan of Arlington, Scott Wallace of Dallas; sisters, Kathy Church and her husband Pate of Arlington, Kristin Caverly and her husband Sean of Newnan, GA; nieces and nephew, Alison, Lindsay, Jaclyn, Alexis, Brittany, Rheanna, Michayla and Aaron.
