Ronni Staples' Obituary
Ronni Warren Staples passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2014 in an Arlington Hospital.
Private services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Lung Association.
Ronni Staples was born in Houston, Texas to Ruth and Edward Staples on August 4, 1943. He grew up in Amarillo and married his high school sweetheart, Bonita, on June 16, 1962 in Amarillo. They moved to Arlington in 1968 where Ronni worked for Matthew's Services as a sales manager for over 7 years. He then began working as a sales manager for Trane Commercial where he dedicated over 6 years of service. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting deer, dove and fishing local and regional bass tournaments. He enjoyed attending gun shows as both a dealer and consumer. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Ronni was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Mendell; father, Edward Staples; and brother, Chris Staples.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Bonita Staples of Arlington, Texas; daughter, Ronica Staples and her partner, Fran Wallace of Dallas, Texas; brother Kirby Staples of Arlington, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews and his faithful Welsh/Corgi dog, Shawny,.
