Concha A. Larez, 59, was received into the hands of her heavenly Father, Sunday, May 1, 2011 while in a local hospital.
Visitation:
11am to 5pm Thursday, May 5, 2011 at Alternative Funeral Services with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 2pm.
Mass of Christian Burial:
11am Friday, May 6, 2011 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 500 E. Dallas St. Mansfield.
Burial:
St. Jude Calvary Cemetery.
Concha was born October 11, 1951 to Ejinio and Concha Aguilar in Roswell, New Mexico. She worked for the Mansfield Independent School District as a bus driver and retired in 2004 after 25 years of loyal service as the MISD's Transportation Dispatcher. She has been a longtime member of St. Jude Catholic Church and taught Sunday school there for a few years. She enjoyed dancing, all kinds of music, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family. Concha was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who prayed for everyone she knew and deeply loved and believed in the word of God. She was preceded in death by her son, Marcos A. Enriquez; parents, Ejinio P. and Concha A. Aguilar and brothers, Edward and Francisco Aguilar.
Survivors: husband of 32 years, Lorenzo Larez of Mansfield; son, Mario R. Enriquez and his wife Shawna of Everman; daughters, Leticia Larez and her husband Scott Pickering of Arlington, Nadia Larez and her husband Jose Hinojoza and Lila Larez and her husband Jesus Guia all of Mansfield; brothers, Trini Renteria, Vincent, Gene and Jesse Aguilar; sisters, Amelia Fabila, Maria De La Cruz, Consuelo Aguilar, Louisa Martinez, Margaret Cortez, 7 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
