Billye Martin Jenkins' Obituary
Billye Martin Jenkins, 93, was received into the hands of God, Sunday, September 1, 2013.
Services will be held in Harlingen, Texas at a later date.
Billie was born November 17, 1919 in Mission, Texas to William and Annette Martin. She was a longtime member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Harlingen and was a member of The Order Of The Daughters Of The King. She enjoyed playing bridge, genealogical research and participating in church activities. She moved to Mansfield two years ago to be closer to her daughter and was a resident of the Watercrest at Mansfield.
Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Scott Jenkins, Jr.
Survivors: son, Raymond Jenkins and his wife Esther of McAllen, Tx; daughters, Cynthia Kuhns and her husband Thomas of Palm Desert, CA. and Susan Bickston and her husband Mark of Grand Prairie; sister, Zillah Hardgrave of California; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
