James Elton Carroll, 76, passed away September 9, 2013.
Memorial Service: 4pm Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Mansfield Funeral Home.

James was born October 1, 1936 to Wayne and Jo Carroll in Huntington, Texas. He grew up in Huntington and lived in California for a short while. In 1968 he moved to Arlington and has remained a resident of the DFW area. He was good at working with his hands and loved working on cars and planes. James was a licensed pilot and enjoyed flying, often visiting family in California. He will be missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, JeriLynn Carroll.
Survivors: wife, Lori Webb Carroll; son, Kenneth Dale Carroll and his wife Joanne; daughters, Nancy Jolene Early and Jenifr An Alford and her husband Tony; sisters, Lorraine LeMay and Jeanette English; 7 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
