I’ve worked with Mr. Amante for the past sixteen years.
He talked about when he came to the United States with nothing and worked in California as a migrant worker picking strawberry’s and other items.
Amante worked hard all his life to make the American dream. He did so, with great effort and desire.
He has always impressed me at his willingness to succeed and give the best he has to offer.
Both as a coworker and friend.
He loved his wife with all his heart and soul, as he did his son and grand kids.
He always talk and brag about his family.
Mr. Amante will be missed but never forgotten.
Thank you for your friendship.

I've known Amante for many years.
We would talk every morning at shift change at 7am.We would talk work first but we Always talked about other things .I learned about his home country the fishing village
And how it was struggle to make living but he said everyone was happy. I learned many things over the years about this man that worked two jobs to live the America dream.
Amante was that poster child.
My respect and friendship to him was Great! We were a team and he was a Winner all the way around. He loved his family and his wife was his sweetheart. He would cook for her so she could come home to eat lunch after being awake all night.
I will miss my daily talks with him.
I will miss my friend Amante 😢
But I will never forget him ever.
