Hilda, Rick and Family of SFC Angel Rivera, please accept our deepest condolences on the loss of your father. What an awesome and stellar legacy he has left on this earth. Hilda your service to the exchange was second to none. I regret that Roger and I could not have joined in the celebration of life and express this condolence in person but I have COVID and we both have to quarantine so as not to spread the virus.
