Beverly Marie Yost's Obituary
Beverly Marie Yost passed away on Sunday June 4th, 2023 at Charlton Methodist Hospital in Dallas Texas surrounded by her loving family who will miss her greatly. She was born November 13, 1945 to Floyd A. Fisher and Verda Marie Fisher (Johnson)
Beverly Grew up on a farm in Commanche, Texas. As a teenager her family moved to Irving Texas. Beverly graduated from Irving High School and then attended and graduated from Business School.
Her work career as an administrative assistant included almost 20 years at the Raybestos Brake Corporation. She also worked for the Schaeffler Group NA and retired in July 2014.
Beverly married Francis (Pete) Yost in November 2004 in Mansfield, Texas. They were happily married for 18 years. Beverly enjoyed cruise ship traveling, nature scenery, gospel songs, and was an avid crocheter. Beverly valued her family first and believed her greatest success in life was serving in her role as a loving wife, sister, mother, and grandmother to many who she truly loved.
Beverly was proceeded in death by her parents Floyd and Verda Fisher, and her brother Ronald Fisher (Sherri).
Beverly is survived by her loving Husband Pete Yost of Midlothian Texas, Sons Greg Hightower of Arlington Texas and Jeff Hightower (Sherry) of Mansfield TX, Brother David Fisher (Loren) of Long Beach California, her Special Niece Kriss Hirsch (Otto) who was like a daughter, nephews Kenneth Fisher (Rebecca) and Kevin Fisher (Angela), step sons Matthew Yost (Melinda) of Carrollton TX, and Adam Yost of Dallas TX, her Grandchildren, Jade Hightower, Audrey Hightower, Matthew Hightower, Andrew Hightower, and step grandchildren Garyn Verela Moody and Logan Yost.
