I grew to know Bruce through his wife as a co-worker. Bruce was a great cook and I have enjoyed many of his dishes. I met him once and he was loved very much by his wife and daughter. His sisters-in-law loved him also.
It has been a long journey for him now rest in peace Bruce.

A very fine gentleman and caring family man, no more pain just long awaited rest, RIP until we meet again.
Bruce was a very kind and loving man of God. He was more than just a friend. He was a disciple of God’s. He will be missed.
John 13: 34-35
“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
*Remember *
Christ calls us to himself, and then he invites us to lead others to follow him in obedience and trust. We are called disciples when we love each other in this way.

Bruce has always been a man for whom I have a great deal of respect for, not only because he agreed to open his home up to me during my transition to the metroplex but more so because had I an opportunity to develop a relationship with him & I can say unequivocally that he was an honorable man who will be dearly missed. May God's Holy Spirit of Grace & Love bring you & Treva Peace & comfort during time.
To the Ray family,
Bruce was one of the "good old boys". Every time I saw Bruce, he would always have that big smile on his face. To Carolyn, and Treva: when times seem hard to bare, reflect back on his smile, and the years that God gave him to you, and know that he is watching over you two. I will keep you all in my prayers. May God provide you all with the strength, understanding, and comfort during this somber time.
Love you my friend,
Deborah Jones McDavid
