Corey I’m lost for words and probably will forever be.... What I do know is you made it in. Now you can rest from your labor. I’ll never forgot the day DJ introduced us and we’ve been friends every since. I’ll miss you here but I know your in a better place there!!!
Pastor! It has taken a lot for me to finally be able to express myself. This hit me hard because when I was ready to leave the church you were able to revive me spiritually. I wish I could have experienced your unconditional love, teaching, and friendship a little bit longer but it wasn’t God’s plan to do so. This hurt but I thank Jesus for sending a comforter as we all navigate this season without you. I love you and Lady Renee so much and I am happy that I had the opportunity to be a part of your ministry. I will see you soon!!❤️
I remember the first time he made me laugh. It was my first Sunday at the church playing bass, and the whole service he kept looking at me shaking his head and smiling. After service he walked up to me introduced himself and said "bro your bass playing is so disrespectful" 😂 but something about him I knew I could trust Him with my life and that was just from meeting him one time. The lord definitely made an impact through him. I miss you bro.

To the entire Hines Family. Please accept our deepest condolences. Pastor Corey was a very special man of God who has left a wonderful legacy behind. One of Pastor Corey's greatest talents was his ability to effectively teach the word of God at a level that could be easily understood by all ages. Now that he has gone, may the beautiful memories be a blessing to his family. God has Pastor Corey in his keeping and we have him in our hearts. We will miss you Corey.

Pastor Corey was a blessings at my mother’s retirement party. I was so happy to see someone so young speaking the word of God. I pray for strength and healing for the family.
Pastor Hines -
You were one of the first people to pour into our ministry and for that I am grateful. You imparted something special into our ministry. While we did not talk often you still encouraged me through your action and through your words. As I read the different comments I found that what you preached you lived my friend and that is powerful all in itself.
You will be missed on this side of heaven's shores but I can guarantee that you are up there having a good time with your grandfather and all the saints that have gone on before you.
Rest well my friend! We will see you in the morning.
