I met The Brooks at our time of fellowship and service together under Apostle and Mrs Hughes.
They were the leadership team . They taught the new members class. They were the leaders of the choir and music department under Sister Hughes
As a single man they set the example. Later as I was engaged and married Detrich walked my wife down the isle and gave me her hand in marriage
Years later they went to New Rising Star and we did not see each other as frequent. But we were always Sis and Bros in Christ. It was said of Moses that he was the humblest man to ever have lived prior to Christ. It's good for Moses Bro Brooks wasn't around he would have given Moses a run for his money. Love you D and will see you after while over yonder where God and Angels live.
