Eric "Dolemite" Taylor Sr. FORT WORTH - Eric "Dolemite" Taylor Sr., 51 of Fort Worth, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 11 a.m. Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Mount Zion Christ Holy Sanctified Church 6300 Hartman Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76119. VISITATION: Friday, September 22, 2017 at Mount Zion Christ Holy Sanctified Church from 7 p.m. -8 p.m.
Eric enjoyed attending church, and spending quality time with his children and grandchildren. In his spare time, Eric loved watching the Dallas Cowboys win, watching LeBron James rule the basketball court, and listening to a variety of musicians. Eric was a kind and loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Ritchie. He leaves to cherish his legacy his wife, Crystal Taylor; daughter, ShaQua King; sons, Eric Taylor Jr., and Derrick Fulbright; granddaughters. Jarn'e Childers, Imanii Taylor, and Kaleiah Taylor; grandsons, Brendan Taylor, Breyon East, Kingstyn Taylor, Dereon Fulbright, Deonte Fulbright, and Jaycee Childers; mother in love, Shiral Stidham; father in love, Chester Stidham; brother, Alfonso Taylor; uncle, James Ritchie, and a host of other relatives and friends.
