Eugene Dorsey Wells' Obituary
Eugene Dorsey Wells, 78, went to be with the Lord on September 28, 2021 at Legend Oaks in Waxahachie, Texas. He is now dancing with the Angels and his beloved wife Helen Wells.
Mr. Wells was born in Oneonta, NY, on January 2, 1943 son of late Dorsey Wells and Aurore Wells Trombley along with his 9 siblings Diane Wells Micho, Pamela Wells Mooney, Joan Wells Marko, Keith Wells, Dennis Wells, predeceased Ruth Wells, predeceased Donald Wells, predeceased John Wells, and predeceased Richard Wells.
He married his predeceased wife Helen Demary Wells, his wife of 50 plus years. He survived his son David Eugene Wells, 6 grandkids Craig Wells, Sarina Sayachack, Justin Wells, Jessica Wells, Colton Wells, Jacob Wells and 7 great-grandkids Kailie Sayachack Keomanivong, Aaliyah Wells, Christian Wells, Alyssa Wells, Edward Wells, Liam Keomanivong and Dawson Wells.
He was a veteran of the Army and served proudly. He obtained his masters plumbing license and owned a successful plumbing business for 40 plus years. He made a huge impact in his community; he was such a caring and giving man. He touched so many hearts over the years.
His celebration of life will be held at 11:00am Wednesday 6th October, 2021 at Cornerstone Bible church in Cedar Hill, Texas. Family and friends are welcome for a gathering with light lunch with refreshments immediately after the service.
