Evan was my neighbor for many years. He was always kind to my son who was much younger than him, played basketball with him occasionally and gave him some pointers on his shooting stance. Evan was always kind to my family, very respectful, polite and helpful. One time I was struggling to load a large box into my car and he ran over to help me without hesitation. Ms. Tamara, his random acts of kindness are a testament to the power of a mother's love and guidance. I feel honored to have even just known your son Evan. This loss will be felt by everyone and I hope you can find some comfort in knowing how many people were touched by his sweet soul
