Franklin Zuckerman's Obituary
“Frank Zuckerman passed away on Wednesday May 17, 2017. Born in Brooklyn on Dec 13, 1941, he was the first son for William and Hilda Zuckerman and the older brother of Martin. His son Scott is a doctor in Utah. He is survived by his wife, Maria. He overcame the poverty of his childhood, excelled in school and graduated with Honors from Stuyvesant HS in New York at the age of fifteen. He went on to an illustrious and successful career in Wall Street, became a CPA and the senior auditor for a number of Wall Street firms.
He believed in sharing his good fortune with others and never refused to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Frank was generous and loving and in particular loved children. The children in his life are Scott Zuckerman, Michael and Rachel Zuckerman, Ashley and Alyssa Zuckerman, Adam Frank, Ashley Papapetrou, Andrea Mendes-Burt, Elaine Mendes-Kish, Danielle Mendes-Widner. His grandchildren Ethan Burt, Chloe Burt, Caitlyn Kish, Madelyn Kish, Miles Widner, and Dylan Widner. His grandchildren loved his magic tricks and the stories he shared with them. Children always came first and everyone loved him.
We will all miss him, his wit, his intellect and his thoughts. He was my big brother and no one could ever replace him.
