Frederick (Pete) DMorris Rosendoll's Obituary
Frederick (Pete) DMorris Rosendoll was born to LeJewell Rosendoll on August 29,1956 in DeRidder, Louisiana. He answered God's call for his heavenly home on September 29, 2023.
Frederick was reared in DeRidder, Louisiana by his grandparents, Willie and Vera Rosendoll (due to the early demise of his mother). He began his education at the public school in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana. He was a graduate of DeRidder High School's Class of 1973. He continued his education at Grambling State University, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 1978. Frederick was baptized in the Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church, DeRidder, Louisiana under the Pastorate of the late Woodrow W. Battis. He was reared in the nurture and the admonition of the Lord.
Frederick's work ethic developed early in life as he grew up in the family owned business, "Rosendoll’s Cafe'' in Louisiana. He began his professional career in California as a manager at Thrifty Drug Store. He later joined Harbor Freight Tools as a store manager where he worked his way up to District Manager before his retirement. He was currently employed as a part-time security guard at The Oakridge School in Arlington, Texas.
Frederick was a devoted Christian, and lived his life guided by biblical principles. When his family moved to California in the 1980s, they were members of Trinity Baptist Church in Moreno Valley, California. Frederick
served there in the Usher and Male Choir Ministries. After relocating to Texas, the family became members of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Arlington, Texas. He was currently serving in the Usher Ministry and
Media Ministry at Cornerstone. He was also a dedicated participant in the Men’s Tuesday Night Bible study group.
He was preceded in death by his mother, LeJewel Rosendoll; grandparents, Willie and Vera Rosendoll; sister, Freda Rosendoll Charles; aunt, Esther Hadnot Sweet; and uncle, Willie Rosendoll, Jr.
Frederick leaves to treasure his fondest memories: his wife, Veronica Rosendoll, Arlington, TX; sons Kendrick Rosendoll, Balch Springs, TX, Marcus Rosendoll, Atlanta, GA; daughter, Monica Rosendoll, Farmers Branch, TX; grandson, MyKell Omorodion; his siblings all of DeRidder, Louisiana, Ernest
Rosendoll, Versie Rosendoll, Joseph Rosendoll, Frennetta (Billy) Williams, and Norburt Rosendoll.
