My condolences and prayers to the Encarnacion and Ramirez family. I had the privilege of knowing Jaime when Jaritza married my brother Ramiro. Jaime was such a COOL guy. He was always smiling, positive, loving, great hugger, soo welcoming and most importantly always down to try some yummy food with my family. You will be missed sir. Thank you for your service Airman. Peace be with you.

I only had the chance to meet him once but I still remember to this day how welcomed I felt when visiting Millie. He cooked me and my friends dinner and makes sure we were all taken care of and of course the dinner was delicious! I’ll never forget the kindness and warmth he showed me that day. -Nadia Bethley
Jaime, My forever Valentine ❤️
41 great years of unconditional love and
blessed with three wonderful daughters; Jaritza, Sabrina & Millie.
I do still remember those dinner dates.
Your wife, Maritza 💘
I met Jaime a few years ago at a cookout with his wife Maritza. He was such a cool guy. I brought up a random question about stocks and he discussed the stock market with me for most of the evening. Some people draw you in and Jaime was one of thosepeople. Praying for Jaritza, her mom and sisters.

Tío Jaime was a beloved uncle and father figure for my children, especially Michael. Michael’s middle name is James, named for Jaime. Michael and Jaime loved to go fishing together in San Antonio and catch bass and catfish. He was also a great cook. May he know how loved he was.
