James Arlando Marshall Jr.

I am so happy to have had the privilege of knowing James as a fellow MDOT Coworker, who was active in my early-days job training. So pleased to know that he continued to run his race well after his retirement, and that he's left such a wonderful, loving spiritual legacy - love to wife, family, and humanity. My prayers are with you, Edwina, and your whole family (as well as with all those touched by Jim's passing).
