Nicole and family, Sending our deepest condolences. When I think of Jim, I remember all the fun times we had on the docks at Yellow Freight and talking about the Dallas Cowboys.I will always remember him. JoJo and Bridget
Dear Nicole and family, my words can't express my condolences. I saw this today and my heart hurts for you, the children and the rest of the family. Jim was a really great person and family man. Thinking of you during this difficult time. Much love, Paula, Jasmine and Bella
My neighbor, my friend. We had some good conversations and some good times. I always found myself talking about him whenever I had visitors at my own house. Why, because he was just good man and an inspiration for me.
Love, Michael
Jim was a devoted father, he did what ever his kids needed and would jump at it just to be a part of EVERYTHING they did bc he just loved watching them grow. As well he will always be the best big brother that anyone could ever ask for! We were so close growing up and I have so many memories that will fill my heart for a lifetime. The hardest part is we can't talk any longer but I know he will always be with me! Love you Jim! Until we meet again just know I love and miss you. AJ
We enjoyed having Jim as our friend and neighbor. We had many Dockside Drive barbecues, 4th of July pool parties, and watched our kids play in the street. One funny memory that I have of Jim is when I invited him and Nicole to my husband’s 40th Birthday party. It was a country western theme, and we were going to watch a band perform at House of Blues. My invitation had a cute play on words to put on your cowboy boots and come join us. Apparently Jim’s boots were too small for him, and he complained about his toe hurting all night. Every time I saw him over the next few months, he would tell me that his toe was still hurting him. I said Jim, I never said you had to wear boots that didn’t fit! He eventually dropped it, LOL. We will miss you Jim!
