In the short time I have known Jesse, he was always positive and smiling. Although, I only got to see him on Saturday mornings for bible study, he possessed a very strong confidence in knowing our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is an example for many young (and older) men. He showed me that even through health challenges his faith was always stronger than any aliment. He reminds me of the importance and power of faith and through his example, he has strengthened many. I will never forget Jesse's smile nor his umwavering faith. He has contributed to the building of many fine men. It is important that his legacy is remembered partly as such. Jesse's touch on this world is well received and his family is in my prayers. God Bless.

Mr Green and I taught at Life School Oak Cliff. He was a thoughtful and kind man of God. I had the honor of teaching his daughter, Shekinah. I remembered him to be positive about everything. I first met Jesse while working at Life School. We instantly became brothers. As many have stated, Jesse was always an encouragement to those around him. He was also very gentle and loved God and his family. When I became ill, Jesse would come and see about me when no one else could. We talked Often about everything. He was my brother from another mother, but we had the same Heavenly Father. I will miss our talks and fellowship together, but I'll catch you on the other side.
