Kyle Lamar Hall's Obituary
Kyle Lamar Hall was born on May 29, 1998 in Okinawa, Japan to the parents of Peter Hall and Keywauna Dunn Hall. He was the youngest of two children. Kyle departed this life on August 10, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Willie Dunn and his uncle, Richard Scott Dunn.
Kyle confessed Christ at an early age at Crossroads Christian Church. He was a 2016 graduate of Mansfield Timberview High School, Mansfield, TX and continued his education at Universal Technical Institute in Dallas, TX with a certificate in welding. He was a beacon of light with the spirit of a champion. He was highly accomplished throughout his entire life: from dominating on the swim team to perfecting his craft of welding. Whether it was a daring hike or cooking a complex recipe, Kyle was up for the challenge. He could fix anything and he could do anything. He spent all of his time with friends and family and shared his light with anyone that encountered him. His smile was infectious and positive energy radiated off of him—transforming every space that he entered. Anywhere he went, he would make a new friend and return home with a new story to tell. Kyle was the most dependable person. He was always there when you needed him—whether it was a flat tire on the side of the road or you just needed a friend for a night out. He was loyal and nonjudgmental to the core, and he’d always stand behind you regardless of the circumstances. Above all else, Kyle poured his heart into fatherhood and deeply loved his daughter Alani. They hiked together, played video games together, he taught her to roller skate, and he even introduced her to the water and his swimming world. Their time together was always one for the books: full of laughter and play. There was never a dull moment with them. Kyle was extremely proud of Alani and every single thing she accomplished. Likewise, Alani revered her daddy, and their bond was unmatched. Ultimately, Kyle was a hardworking father, caring son, and loyal brother. He will be missed and remembered forever.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted family: father, Peter Hall; mother and bonus dad, Keywauna Dunn-Davis (Neal); sister, Paige Hall; life partner, Amy Nguyen, and daughter, Alani Hall; two grandmothers, Alice Dunn of Ruston, Louisiana and Hope Buckeridge of Kingston, Jamaica; six uncles, Michael Dunn (Karen) and, Derrick Dunn of Houston, Texas, Terrance Wilson of Little Elm, Texas, and William “Pat” Dunn (Sherrie) of Ruston, Louisiana, Howard Clarke of S. Plainfield, New Jersey, Noel Hall of Kingston, Jamaica, Albert Demercado of Coconut Creek, Florida; four aunts, Demetra Dunn Moore of Fort Worth, Texas, Carithia Merriweather (Ronald) of Brandon, Florida, Shawnda Martin (Keith) of Crossett, Arkansas, and Shuneta Dunn of Ruston, Louisiana; one bonus brother, Terrance Davis; two bonus sisters, Felicia Davis Wells (Daniel) of Shreveport, Louisiana, and Ashleigh Davis of Arlington, Texas; many bonus uncles, aunts, relatives, and dear friends who loved him.
