It broke my heart to hear that my dear friend Pastor Cook gained his wings. This was a true one, no doubt. I’m blessed to have received that last video call from him and the beautiful Mrs Irene a few months ago s we played catch up. It indeed was a great honor to have know Mark Cook Srsa grinned, minister, and pastor. God sure knows how to pick em. May God continue to bless you all, Irene, Mark Jr, Stacy, with comfort and peace as you mourn this great man of God who will be greatly missed. Love you all dearly. Marc Cook or Mr Cook to me was a very kind soul. Right after my mother'spassing he helped me out when I needed to talk to someone. I'm going to miss having our occasional talks. Right now I am very sadden by his passing but I know he is in a much better place. Rest at peace my friend.

My heart is so full from hearing the passing of my dear pastor Mark. He was full of joy and didn’t have a problem with speaking the truth. One of my favorite attributes is how he loved his wife Irene and family. Irene as well is a prime example of a Proverb 31 wife. I pray that God will comfort you and the family . My uncle Mark poured his soul into me to become such a better man. His advice and guidance to show me how a man of God should approach life. The coaching, the standard he set amongst me in our family truly inspired me and forever will. He never wavered in his faith in God and fought tooth and nail to do Gods work no matter what it took for him to do it. That was the example I needed to understand what success truly looks like. He knew that he needed to lead by example and that he did! He set the bar high for me to know how to be a husband and would show me what true unconditional love looks like through the loved he showed my Aunt Irene. He shared with me his concerns of me but always gave encouragement to work on becoming better everyday. My Uncle Mark never left a void in my life. My dreams and goals were his priority. He’s seen me win and fail but never changed the way he loved me. He has left a mark on my life and I will carry his legacy and loving impressions for the rest of my life.
