I'm a distance cousin of Mary. The Wilcots from East Texas. We attend Morning Star MBC. When I joined the choir many moons ago, Mary sat next to me, looking in my eyes 👀 and asked where were my people from. I told her, East Texas. She said, I have like some she knew. Kept talking to find out we were cousins. Holland, Brown and Wilcot, just to name a few.
She will be greatly missed. We were looking forward to this year's Family Reunion 🫂, but God had better plans.
