My dear Uncle Tunji, I am immensely fortunate to have had you in my life. Since the day I immigrated to the US, your impact on my life is still in play each day. You took the time to come visit me in Maryland and by your mentorship helped me to decide on a solid career path. Fort Worth was the first real vacation destination I was privileged to visit as a new immigrant back then and it was all as a result of you and your family's generosity and love towards me.
I am eternally grateful to God that we all had the opportunity to see you one last time during Tina's wedding. We will forever cherish the priceless memories that we have of you even as your legacy continues to abound through all those you touched. We love you but God's love is supreme, we know that you are in His bosom and we shall meet again in heaven. I will miss you dearly Uncle.

In 2013 I decided to go on a trip to Texas to spend time with uncle and the family. I am so grateful to God that I made that decision as in this time I really got to know how caring and generous uncle is. I got to follow him to work and listen to his favourite music in the car. Since his passing I have such vivid memories of this trip and filled with such love and admiration for Uncle and the incredible man he was.
May his soul rest in perfect peace ❤️
I pray that God gives everyone the strength to bear the loss.

You were an Uncle in a million, a kind, loving and gentle soul, a joy to be with and a voice to remember always.
It is with great joy in our hearts, knowing you have gone to rest in the bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ. Your death was a shock to us and as you sit in the arms of the Lord, we mourn your death and will cherish every single moment we spent with you.
