Noel Ruiz Lugo "Flaco"'s Obituary
Noel Ruiz Lugo “Flaco”
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Noel Ruiz Lugo, affectionately known as “Flaco,” who left us on Sunday, July 13, 2025.
Noel’s life was a beautiful tapestry woven with passion, love, and an unwavering devotion to his family and friends. As a child, he found joy in playing with his cousins at grandmas house and dancing to his favorite song “El Tao Tao”. During his teenage years, he discovered his love for video games, spending countless hours immersed in virtual worlds. As he grew into adulthood, Noel embraced the western country lifestyle, often seen dressed in his cowboy attire and proudly driving his beloved white Chevy truck. While you might expect country tunes playing, those who knew Noel weren’t surprised to hear NBA YoungBoy blasting at full volume! Above all, Noel possessed the biggest heart. He was the kind of person who would drop everything to help friends and family in need. His caring nature and capacity to love deeply touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Noel held a special place in his grandmother’s heart as her favorite, while his mother remained his unwavering rock throughout his life. The love and protection he showed his siblings was undeniable, and his admiration for his father was evident to all. Noel brought joy wherever he went, always finding ways to make his mother laugh through his dancing, joking, and infectious sense of humor.
Noel is survived by his loving parents, Liliana Lugo and Nestor Lugo, Arnold Ruiz, Brother, Nestor Lugo Jr, his sisters, Neah Lugo and Nuviah Lugo, his grandparents, , Juanita Hernandez, Connie Ruiz, Irene Lugo, Salvador Lugo, and Arnoldo Garza. Aunts, Uncles and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Antonio Perez, Great grandmothers, Delfina Hernandez, Elba Bracamontes, and his uncles, Armando Perez and Jose Luis Perez.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that Noel’s spirit of love, generosity, and joy will live on in the memories he created with each of us. His legacy of caring for others and his ability to bring laughter and light into any room will never be forgotten.
Rest in peace, Flaco. You were loved beyond measure.
