Sharday Danee Ellison's Obituary
On the afternoon of June 1, 2022 Sharday Danee Ellison passed away unexpectantly in Lewisville, Texas. Sharday was 29 years of age. Sharday was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 2, 1992. She was the second child and first daughter of Rochelle Lynn Newsom.
Sharday came into this world with a head full of hair and the brightest smile anyone had ever seen. Her contagious smile was just one of her many attributes. Her first chapter of life was growing up in Michigan surrounded by her closest cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family. One of Sharday’s fondest memories and favorite places to spend time with family was at her Uncle Anthony’s house on Posey Lake, especially during the 4th of July celebration. Her second chapter of life brought her to Texas where she attended Mansfield High school, graduating with honors in 2011. Sharday was kind, loving, God-fearing with a selfless heart which was evident in all of her relationships with her family and close friends. The bond she shared with her siblings were some of her strongest connections in life. She had a deep-rooted soul connection with her younger sister Olivia, who dubbed her “Bud” as a nickname. The two sisters were inseparable from childhood into adulthood as young women. They shared everything in life from shared bedrooms, sisters secrets and a bond so strong that can never be broken. In 2016, Sharday met a young man named Frank that became her first and ultimately her last great love. Frank adored Sharday and showed her what unconditional and real love looked like, even in the last moments of her life. Frank and Sharday had an unwavering, unbreakable, and unparalleled fondness and devotion for one another. Together they created and gave the ultimate gift of life in a selfless act to an amazing family with a sweet angel named Eliza Rose. This special family has now joined our forever extended family. Shardays eclectic personality, beautiful smile and amazing soul lives on through sweet Eliza for her family and the world to experience and enjoy. Sharday being the amazing person, could even in the darkest places, find light. She was nurturing, kind, sweet and so strong. She always kept a smile on everyone’s face and her smile was enough to light your entire world. She had a nickname for everyone, and a laugh or punchline after everything she said. She talked in smiles. When she shined her light on you, you felt like the most important person in the world. She was so creative, smart and talented. Anything she picked up for the first time she could master it in days. She was curious about the world and how it worked. She was protective over the ones she loved, never letting any harm come to them. It didn’t matter what you did, or what you said, if she loved you once she loved you for a lifetime. She was fearless, and contagious, and a safe place for so many. She was just authentically herself all the time. She didn’t care what anyone thought of her, she was so sure of herself it was inspiring. To know Sharday, was to know unconditional love.
There are some who bring a light so great to the world, that even after they have gone their light remains!
