Sharon was such a beautiful light in the world. It was impossible to be around her without being reminded of all of the best parts of yourself and feeling loved and cared for. She made it her mission to be sure that everyone was fed and cared for around her but it wasn't just about nourishment for the belly - also for the soul. She lit up when she was with or talked about her kids and you never had to question her love. Sharon was a gem and though there are no words to soothe the hurt - I hope her family is able to find comfort in her memory.

My mother was my best friend. She was kind to everyone and made many unseen people feel seen. She was a bright light any place she went and her charisma was attractive to all. She was not just “likable” she was lovable and anyone who truly knows her knows that. She encouraged many to follow the paths that made them happy and she loved despite the flaws of others. She was the mom who reminded you to be young wild and free. She would be the first to offer a helping hand to any person she saw struggling and trust me she saw the struggle way before you ever told her. When you were sick there was no better Nurse. When you had a school, sporting, or special life events no one was there more and cheering you on the hardest. Mom thank you for helping raise my kids and holding my hand and teaching me all the best mom things. I promise to continue on with everything you taught me.
