He is survived by his beloved wife, Theresa Grusy, his sisters Melody Mroski (husband Al Mroski), and Lexi Roberts (husband John Roberts). Bill was a proud stepfather and grandfather and will be remembered by them with great affection. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, all of whom will miss his vibrant personality and warm presence.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William and Hazel Grusy. His life was enriched by his deep faith, which guided him through both his personal and professional endeavors. A man of many talents, Bill was a former musician with a love for music that stayed with him throughout his life. His passion for University of Texas football was well-known, and he found great pleasure in supporting his team with enthusiastic devotion.
A dedicated school bus driver, Bill had a special place in his heart for children, always ensuring their safety and happiness during their school journeys. His satire sense of humor and genuine affection for others left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was also an avid dog lover, finding joy and companionship in his furry friends.
