As State VP and State President I often listened to Bill's Hours of Power tape as drove to chapters to the point I thought as Ray Coderre as a personal friend as he learned to do extensions. The story concerning Bill's hockey career I would often listen to right before going into the chapter so I would have smile on my face when I walked in. I was delighted when as NVP I was assigned to Texas when I went to introduce myself to the state to my delight the first person I met was Bill who was serving as the EVP of the state at the time.
Bill was a great Jaycee and soon became a friend on my trips to Texas. I hope his children find some peace in the fact of how many lives their dad touched. Prayers to them.
Bill and I served in the Rhode Island Jaycee in the 1970a. When Bill was state President in 1978, I was one of his District Directors. We worked hard together all year and Bill was the most dedicated and hard working Jaycee that I have ever met. I respected Bill and My deepest sympathy to Justine and Michelle and to all of Bills friends.
We would go to the basement on Logee Street and box about 6 guys keep us out of trouble
Bill I will always remember the good years with you and your family. Mike thought of you as a brother we have so many Jaycee moments and family events. I remember when you asked us to baptize Justine . I will keep you and your family I my prayers. Rip my dear friend.
I was privileged to serve with Bill as staff officers with The United States Jaycees. I am hard-pressed to recall a more dedicated and enthusiastic Jaycee, someone I feel honored to have as a friend as well. Sympathies to the Frisk family!
Justin, Michelle, Erica .and All the Grant Kiddos I'd like to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I've had so many great experiences with Bill, too many to name, he was there for me so many times, whether it was for advice, just an ear to listen or a helping hand in tough times. But, one one my favorite things to do, to mess with Bill, was moving things around on his coffee table and end tables at his house, when he'd leave the room....just to see how low it took his OCD to pick up on it! (Lol)
Bill did it His Way! Well dressed, understanding, kind, loyal, witty, funny and one of my Best Friends! I Love you, Bill! You will be sorely missed...but, never forgotten, my friend!
Your friend,
Cowboy
