My memories go way back to when Melanie & I were in Sunbeams together & the years that follow up until our high school graduation in 1972. We share the same birth month & year, 7 days apart. I do remember Melanie as being fun & a pleasure to be around. I ran into her a few years ago in the Southwest part of Dallas where we both lived. She seemed to be doing great and was very happy, having 3 children with their families to share life with.
She is now in heaven with the unconditional love of Jesus wrapping her up in His presence. His gain, our temporary goodbye. Praise God we will see her again soon.
Many prayers go out to the Fox family as they grasp the reality of her departure. Weldon & Betty, Jakyne & all her family members, we know that you do and will have only the fondest memories of her & this will bring you solice & joy in the days ahead. May you feel the unconditional love of our Heavenly Father in a special way during this time as you each grieve in your own ways the days and weeks ahead.
God bless you, Janice Hassell Blake
