Daddy, So many men walk away from responsibilities in this life and in doing so miss out on so many precious gifts, but not you! Thank you for being the most wonderful dad to me even though you didn't have to. I thank you dad for the "grandpa" that you were to Courtney, our girl. I remember you taking me out on a date when I was a Junior in high schoo. I think you probably did it just because I was Mary's friend but going out with "an older man" (you are 4 years older than me) made me feel so very special! Of course when you became a policeman, you would pull me over when you saw me in my red Mustang just to embarrase me!! I miss those good times. Enjoy your rewards in heaven!
