Sincerest condolences to the family. I worked with Janie. I remember she took the Spanish CR vacancy in Ft Worth SSA when I moved to another office. Later she met up with me in quality review in the regional office. Janie lit up the world. She had an infectious smile and presentation. I really enjoyed talking to her. It was always with warmth and honesty. She shared her life and joy genuinely with those around her. She spoke lovingly of her sons and she was proud. She was a diligent employee who helped others through her work. She was a good lady and I'm glad our paths crossed through work. Corina R.

Janie and I worked together for many years, in Fort Worth, and then in Dallas. We carpooled together every now and again and always had the best conversations. Janie was, and always will be, an inspiration to me for many reasons. She was a spectacular person, and she will be remembered always.

I just found out that Janie had passed away!! I am heartbroken to hear this. Janie & I became friends when we both lived in Denton, TX. We have remained friends all these years but since I moved back to Missouri in 2013 we were't able to see each other but stayed in contact. It hasn't been that long since she said she was thrilled to get back home from the hospital and continue her rehab from home!!! May you now have the wings of an angel. See you again my friend.....

I met Janie at Moncrief Cancer Center. We went to exercise class together. She was like a ray of sunshine in our class. She invited me to her home for lunch one day and I was very happy to be included in her life. She was very proud of her sons and loved them to the moon and back. I am very sad to know that she’s gone because the world was better with her in it. I am so sorry for the loss of your mother, boys.
