Mother Orssie L. Martin, 100, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 13, 2018. CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Feb 17, 2018, at Bethel Temple Pentecostal Church. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Mansfield Funeral Home, 1556 Heritage Parkway, Mansfield TX 76063. Throughout her life Mother Martin encouraged those around her with style, grace, love, faith, and kindness. Her greatest and most precious accomplishments are her 5 children, 17 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, and 37 great great grandchildren. Mother Martin enjoyed cooking, fashion, and mentoring the young women at her church. She was precious to all who knew her. Mother Martin was preceded in death by Husband, John Henry; parents, Emmett and Mattie Leadon; sisters, Virgie Robinson, and Norcie Clark.
